EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a therapy that offers the potential for rapid and effective relief from emotional and physical issues without having to re-experience past events.  EFT is Health Canada recognized safe and effective therapy. 

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a self-guided, non-invasive, safe, and effective counseling technique that combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture with neuro-linguistic programming and energetic medicine.

HOW IT WORKS

EFT utilizes specific acupuncture points along energetic meridians similar to those in TCM however without inserting needles to stimulate the point. Instead the points are tapped using your finger tips, stimulating their energetic properties. Alongside the tapping, verbal phrases are spoken and repeated which target the goals of the individual and help transform your mental and emotional state.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS

What a treatment session looks like

A typical treatment session is scheduled for 1 hour. During this appointment, one of our qualified healthcare providers will dive into your concerns and then have you repeat specific sentences while self-stimulating (tapping) the individual points to elicit a healing response. It is normal to experience an emotional release and most patients experience benefit after the first session.
